Today’s Polish Pick is a local artist from Mobile! Her name is Katherine Heath. She specializes in custom art for every occasion! She has her own Etsy Shop, Wiggles & Giggles, and can paint anything from pumpkins to ice buckets! Here she is:

Katherine has always loved art. She studied Art History and Painting at South Alabama. Now she is actually getting to paint for her full time job! She is also a mommy and wife and loves playing with her daughter, Hadley. Artistic people always have great style! That’s why we asked Katherine to be our Polish Pick. Here are a few things that she chose:

When we asked Katherine what she liked about this dress she said, “I love the cut and the ribbon! It’s fun, colorful and unique.”

Katherine’s favorite color is Orange. Her love for Orange even translated into our shoot:

“I LOVE THIS DRESS! It’s so pretty! The lace baking and the green color are perfect together! Polish has great clothes that feel expensive but are super affordable. I love that you don’t really have to worry about another girl having on the same dress as you. The store and website are full of unique pieces that you just can’t find anywhere else.”

Katherine loves to dance. She often danced in between takes. I had to MAKE her stop:

We asked Katherine what her favorite food was and this is what she had to say, “I really love any kind of chip and dip… ANY KIND. I could eat Chips and Dip everyday all day.”

Katherine’s must haves for fall are a good pair of boots and a plethora of scarves! “If you have a good pair of boots and a scarf, you can transform any outfit!

Here, Katherine is modeling our clothes and her artwork! Isn’t it cute? Here are a few other things that she has created:

What a cute growh chart! Again, all of these can be found here. Katherine takes custom orders and can paint just about anything you want! So don’t hesitate to contact her. She also has a facebook page here.

We love our local artists and encourage you to shop locally!

A special thanks to Katherine for being our Polish Picks! Everything she wore can be found online. (A few of the pieces will be on the site tomorrow so don’t fret if you can’t find them yet)

Thanks for reading!
